Well – for a few months now, we have been talking about how we will be traveling around, filming everything we do and sharing it with you online in HD video format.
I am sure most of you have noticed the new feature on our front page. That is the place we will be updating with a new 9-10min episode every few weeks.
Neither me or Sofia had any filming experience before we embarked on this mission – all we thought was: lets get some gear, film what we do, and see if we can turn it into something watch-able.
Traveling with all this film gear, creating story-lines, finding locations and editing while we are traveling has been A LOT of hard work – at times we seriously thought ‘… LETS STOP THIS – and just enjoy ourselves …’
But after we got this first episode (make sure you watch it below) done – we started to create a consistent pattern of action, and slowly things started to flow.
We currently have 3 episodes ready for release, and will post them over the next few weeks.
Check out the video below, and tell us what you think in the comments below. We are always trying to improve things, so if you have any tips – please share them!

Watched the video a couple of days ago & wanted to comment but wasn’t a comment section. Glad their is one now. I really enjoyed the video a lot it gave some interesting information and also a bit of humor. (Im really glad even experienced travelers get lost…lol).
When I 1st saw it I would have thought y’all had years of experience making videos because it really looks awesome. I am glad y’all are making videos. Keep up the good work. Can’t wait to watch more!!!
haha yeah of course we get lost sometimes :p if fact we think that getting lost is a big part of the fun which comes from travel, and a great way to see a side of a place – you didn’t or wouldn’t plan on seeing.
Loooooved this video!!! I didn’t want it to end, thought I did want to see more of S!
hehe oh you are awesome :p yeah you will see MORE of me next time – we have decided to feature Nathan in one part and then me in the other – sharing hosting duties

Guys, this video is epically bad-ass! Huge props to you on your filming, editing, shot selection, and music choices. Loved the intro too. All in all, this looked very professionally done. Blew me away.

No ping pong show?! That guy was not happy to be on film… I wonder why? LOL. Love the first track. Nice work… looking forward to numero dos!
haha yeah he wasn’t happy at all :p glad you enjoyed it
Can’t believe that it’s your very first video. Good job, guys! It must have taken a lot of time and work.
yeah it was our first. it did take some time, but we are traveling a bit slower this time around, to give us more time for such things. and the more we are doing it now the faster its getting – we did that first one 5 weeks ago.
Nice work, burgeoning video ninjas!
haha glad you enjoyed Joshua!
Your guys’ video is so amazing! Now I REALLY have to step up my travel vids since I actually went to school for film lol. Fan-freakin’-tastic!
thanks so much Erica – it means alot for us to hear these kind words! haha yeah always good to make the vids better and better :p
Great stuff. As an avid reader of travel blogs that have detailed Bangkok in words, seeing your video really made it all connect. If a picture is worth a thousand videos, an HD Video is worth …?
Hey Scott – great to help make that connection with Bangkok – you can read everything about a place but until you see it …
nice blog you also have, thanks for sharing it with us!

I loved the show! this motivates me to jump from still photography to video graphy of my travels in Pakistan:)
Do it! Haha, I like a mixture of both, but it’s hard work, and usually we end up with less photos.
I’d love to see some video from Pakistan
Love the video, wouldn’t have guessed that this was your first one. Looking forward to seeing more
