5 Songs That Inspire Me To Travel More

Music is a big part of our lives, it is there to relax us, motivate us, inspire us to live life – it can also be used as a source of inspiration to get out there and travel the world.

1) Angel From Montgomery – Bonnie Raitt

The reason why this song inspires me to travel is because of where I discovered it.

In one of my favorite travel movie “Into The Wild”, Kirsten Stewart and Emile Hirsch sing this song. It reminds me of the lifestyle the movie characters have, the freedom, the mindset. And of course, it’s just a great song.

2) Destination Calabria – Alex Gaudino

Love or hate the video, this beat and the lyrics really gets me into mega state, I just want to go out there and enjoy the world; road trip, party or beach life, this song ticks off all three for me!

3) I’m Movin’ On – Rascal Flatts

Not my typical music type, but the lyrics are so true and honest, I can relate to them a lot, and it is sung with such a passion and meaning.

4) Beautiful – India Arie

I never get sick of this song, it’s been a favorite for years – the intro is a little long, but it’s worth the wait!

5) Road tripping – Red Hot Chili Peppers

Doesn’t this song just makes you want to let everything go, stand up, enjoy the moment and go wherever you feel like?

6) Roady - Fat Freddys Drop

This song just makes you feel SO good, anywhere, anytime. These Kiwi guys sure know how to share that classic New Zealand mindset through music.
