NZ Road Trip – Day 8: Eltham – Paeroa: 380kms

Today was a 6 hour drive in hot and humid conditions through mostly farmland on the way from Eltham to Paeroa.

I’ve avoided the geothermal tourist trap that is Rotorua on this trip, but there are plenty of other areas with volcanic activity around the place.

Te Aroha is one I stumbled across today.
