barcelona is really a great city and i really enjoyed my summer at barcelona, i will suggest people to visit the pedralbes garden, near the university area, it is really a charming place and some works of gaudi can be found there too, i love garden because it is a good way to escape to the urban, may i share this page http://www.world-rt.com/ it was very useful for me so hope that it will be for other travelers too, there are tons of local info written by a local guy

Hey Norbert! Thanks for the tip! Yeah starting the walk from Avinguda Diagonal is a great idea since you get to walk along Passeig De Gracia as well, and who would want to miss out on Casa Milá and Batlló?!
